JOB DESCRIPTION

Iconic hospitality venue in Brisbane's Kangaroo Point, the Pineapple Hotel, is on the hunt for full time chefs. This is your opportunity to join one of Brisbane's oldest family-owned establishments. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning menus
  • Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
  • Training new kitchen staff
  • Creating seasonal menus
  • Inventory management
  • Controlling budgets and minimizing waste
  • Coordinating with suppliers
  • Kitchen Management
  • Monitoring safety standards
  • Cooking and overall look after the kitchen.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
